It may not be cost effective or convenient for you to request a tech be dispatched to your business for an error that pops up each time you open Microsoft Word. We often write the issue off as an 'inconvenience' and learn to live with it.

New Jersey Computers has an affordable solution for those common inconveniences. We offer a full range of remote assistance services. If you have an issue with your business computer and don't want to arrange for an onsite visit, simply contact us and we arrange a remote session. When both parties are ready, we will walk you through the thirty second process of connecting us to your PC and start working to resolve your issue while you watch or grab a cup of coffee. When the job is complete and the connection is terminated, we no longer have access to your computer again until such time as you request a new appointment. This service is included in many maintenance and support contracts or can be used on a first come first served, 'call us when you need us' basis. Regardless of your method of payment, this service is always available, affordable and much more convenient than scheduling an appointment for an onsite visit.

For clients under contract, we can create a secure and permanent remote connection to your Windows Server(s) and desktops so that we can perform emergency service or maintenance remotely without any involvement or participation on your part. This enables us to respond more quickly to emergencies and to perform processor intensive tasks while your office is empty.
